WIN WYIF Program

We are grateful to the Women’s Impact Network at WPI for funding our grant proposals four years in a row to create and sustain the Women’s Young Investigator Fellowship program. Our program supports female researchers at WPI by creating a research community on campus and by providing financial support to attend research conferences. Sixteen fellows composed of undergraduate students, graduate students, staff and postdoctoral research scientists, and faculty members participate in cross-level mentoring groups, professional development workshops, and conference preparation. At the end of the program, fellows receive monetary support to attend a conference of her choice, addressing the need for funding across all stages of research careers.
